Phil’s Cooking Academy/Terms and Conditions



Create Your Own Recipe Competition

  1. This competition is open to all pupils at UK schools aged 7-14 years, on or before the closing date.

  2. Employees of Aldi Stores and their families are not eligible for entry.

  3. All photo entries must comply with the Phil’s Cooking Academy Terms of Use and Code of Conduct. For a copy of these terms please email nkassas@webershandwick.com.

  4. All photo entries must be submitted before MIDNIGHT on Wednesday 10th June 2009.

  5. All entrants must provide their full name, address and date of birth. Any entry received without this information will not be entered into the competition. All details provided will be verified when the competition closes.

  6. Entries will not be acknowledged upon submission.

  7. Entries will be reviewed by Phil Vickery and Aldi Stores and the winning entrant will be contacted by Friday 19th June 2009.

  8. By entering this competition, Aldi Stores obtains full copyright of the submitted entries.

  9. All entrants grant Aldi Stores the licence to publish and use each entry in any media (including online) for publicity and news purposes. In particular, all entrants grant Aldi Stores the right to use the material on philscookingacademy.co.uk.

  10. Aldi Stores will not be responsible for any technical fault or failure which prevents a person from entering the competition.

  11. Aldi Stores takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

  12. Phil Vickery will visit the winning school at the discretion of Aldi Stores, dates and timings to be agreed by all parties.

  13. Aldi Store’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  14. The prize is non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

  15. No purchase necessary.

 

The World of Yogurt Competition

  1. This competition is open to all key stage two and key stage 3 pupils only pupils at UK schools on or before the closing date

  2. Employees of Aldi Stores and their families are not eligible for entry

  14. The prize is a three night stay in Munich (arrive Thursday and depart Sunday to be taken on specific dates in August from 6th-9th or 13th- 16th) for the winning pupil and three members of their family (this must include a parent or guardian)

  15. The prize includes a trip to Aldi’s yogurt producer on the Friday with a guided tour of the production facility and a range of activities over the weekend stay
